Q. Do you do free shipping on all orders?

A. No. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to most metro areas. Areas out side our free shipping metro area attract the standard postage rate.


Q. How long will my order take to ship?

A. Orders will generally ship within 1-3 days. If your order will take longer than that to ship, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time. Express orders get priority shipping.


Q. How can I return my item?

A. We offer a hassle free return policy. Simply contact us and we will arrange to have the parcel returned.


Q. Do you keep all items in stock?

A. No. We keep the majority of fast moving items in stock, all other items will have to come from our warehouse first prior to shipping. If there is any problem with supply of your order, one of our team will contact you to talk about it.


Q. How can I pay?

A. We offer: Paypal, Credit Card, Afterpay, Bank transfer. Please note: your order will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. Allied Auto Online do not cover any customs fee's or import duty / taxes.


Q. Can you Express Post items?

A. Yes. It is an option on our web page.


Q. What if the part I order is incorrect?

A. Whilst we try to ensure our listings are as accurate as possible, sometimes there are problems. If your part turns out to be wrong, simply contact our office, return the part and we will give you a full refund* (Subject to Terms & Conditions).


Q. Can I change my order once I have received a confirmation email?

A. If your order has not been shipped you can change your order.
